They resolved the whistling sound I was having when I ran my AC and heat from my vents, but they never confirmed why suv had water in my spare tire area thereby making my pad become soaked & now my suv reeks of mildew, mold or musty smells.

Went for service and to diagnose a problem. Service was quick. However, being charged $189.00 just to FIND a problem is ridiculous. I paid that much to have my coolant system flushed!!!

You all said I needed brakes and rotors that’s why my sensor was on. Vehicle only had 17,000 miles on it. I thought was odd. I took it somewhere else and they said brakes are good only half worn. I’ve been coming to Riverview for years (Kenny Ross) and very shocked that this happened.

My routine maintenance went smoothly and in a timely fashion. When I mentioned the windshield fluid wouldn’t come out, Tom Flynn made sure to have that double checked and then came to my car to make sure it worked before I left. Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Thank you to the mechanics who keep my vehicle in perfect shape.

THEY ALWAYS GIVE US GREAT SERVICE

The service writer was knowledgeable and courteous. She explained the process and kept me updated throughout. The technician completed the work quickly and they had me on my way in no time. The friendly staff is part of why I drive 30 minutes to get my vehicle serviced at Riverview, even though I have several dealerships closer to me.

Rob and Pat got the Tahoe I wanted and the deal done. When no other riverview dealership could. I’ll never goto Washington Riverview ever and would advise others to head to McKeesport and North Huntington Riverview.

This vehicle has been in for service multiple times for multiple issues. The vehicle has a water leak that can’t be found. The vehicle has a terrible musty smell. They cleaned the carpets however the smell still lingers. My center console now makes noise when I lean on it. The headliner had to be cleaned because there were dirty fingerprints on it after one of the service visits. If the vehicle doesn’t throw a code this dealership can’t fix it.

I just purchased a 2025 GMC 2500 Denali Ultimate and the experience was great, Mitch as always was great to deal with and working with Rob I got a deal that worked for me.

Applied a software update that did not correct the issues I still have with my infotainment system(audio cutting out, quick start mode does not initialize the WiFi system and prevents Android Auto and Car Play from connecting). This has been occurring since I took possession of my vehicle in February.

I have been going to Riverview for 11 years. My Traverse is a 2014 and they do all my oil changes. Imagine my surprise when in January I paid 71$ for an oil change. Well when finished on Saturday, it was 96$. I brought my invoice home and my Husband said no more. That is ridiculous. I’m won’t be returning because it shouldn’t be that expensive. Parts were only 47$.

It took several attempts, but the dealer was finally able to figure out the issues with my vehicles entertainment system and correct them. It seemed that each time a software update was applied it fixed one issue but created another. The final solution: Completely wipe the software from the system and start over. So far no more issues!

we had some preventive service done and for some reason the check engine light came on afterwards. Tom Flynn and his team got on it right away and tracked down the problem. They had it fixed next day at no cost to me. (power train warranty). Now my Escort runs better than when I bought it! When a company can find and fix problems inan effective manner, that's the mark of a quality business. I TRUST Riverview Chevrolet with my vehicles all the time!

Service write-up went well. Service was completed within an hour. The only problem I had was with the TPMS warning icon on the dash that illuminated les than 5 miles from the dealership. Tires were rotated, but one tire was missed in the "re-learn" process. I have the experience and equipment (AUTEL) to resolve this, but was disappointed that I had to.

I had to bring my brand new 2025 GMC Terrain in for service because of an issue with the transmission that caused it to slowly leak transmission fluid to the point that it wasn't drivable. It is a known factory issue.
